Hey, hey! Guess what? It’s still March, which means it’s still National Nutrition Month®! Since last week's post was more of a general overview, the week I decided to highlight some of my favorite fitness and nutrition blogs. These blogs have become my go-tos for healthy recipes, new workouts and much more. Following fitness and nutrition blogs first introduced me to the world of blogging in general, and even though my interests and passions have evolved since then, I still follow these blogs regularly and find myself heading to their sites whenever I need inspiration on the nutrition, fitness and wellness front.
Without further adieu, here are a few of my favorites:
- oh she glows: Angela is a favorite not only for her amazing archive of vegan recipes, but also for her photography! Her site is a feast for your stomach and your eyes. Trust.
- Peanut Butter Runner: Jen is my go-to anytime I want to spice up my workout routine. She wears many hats and the wide-variety of workouts she shares never disappoint! Did I mention she’s a yoga instructor and shares her class playlists from time to time? Always look forward to these!
- fannetastic food: Whenever I am looking for an easy, healthy AND delicious recipe, Anne’s blog is one of the first I check. Her love for running and drive to train also inspire me when I am in a running rut! I featured her post on fueling your body for running here.
- the real life RD: I only recently started following Robyn, but her blog is a favorite on so many levels. She not only shares meaningful nutrition info, but is so positive and I always walk away from her posts feeling uplifted.
The motto of National Nutrition Month® this year is, “Enjoy the Taste of Eating Right” and these girls exemplify that. Don’t just take my word for it though, check them out for yourself!
