Needless to say, my body was craving fluids, rest and a warm meal—without a ton of work involved. Enter the "clean out the fridge" Chicken Noodle Soup. This recipe can be made with 6 basic ingredients plus some basic pantry spices. Doesn’t get much easier than that! Here's what I did:
The best thing about this soup is it’s easy to modify and hard to mess up. Feel free to substitute any vegetables you may have on hand or experiment with different spice combinations.
