45 Minute “Thaw Out” Total Body Workout

I never thought I’d say this, but I was happy to come back to the office today. Even though we got off easy compared to other cities in the South, after two days of working from home due to the crazy winter weather (and a frozen bridge) I was starting to feel stir-crazy and claustrophobic. Working from the couch in comfies, however, will be sorely missed.

In order to keep what's left of my sanity and stretch my legs I headed to my apartment gym yesterday afternoon and ended up getting a pretty decent workout in. The mix of cardio, circuits and abs kept me entertained and left me with some pretty sore legs this morning.
